Kurt completed his Accounting Degree in 1994 and commenced work as a Public Accountant and Business Adviser shortly after. By 2003 he had set up his own accounting practice and in 2008 became the principal of Devlin & Co.

He brings over 20 years’ experience as a qualified CPA Accountant and Business Services Manager.   With a hands on approach he has secured a dedicated team of professionals and administrators to his team.

Kurt has recently completed his RG146 qualification in order to offer his clients financial advice for individual and business advancement.

Robert has been with Devlin & Co for several years and has been in the accounting industry for nearly 20 years.  He is a qualified CPA.  Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and analytical skills to ensure that he maximises your returns and helps your business grow.  He has experience across a broad range of industry sectors – wholesaling, health, transport, manufacturing, direct selling and also larger corporates and complex businesses.

Ann started with the Devlin & Co team in February 2023 and has been in the accounting industry for nearly 22 years.  Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Devlin & Co.

Jensen Sawatzki - Undergraduate Accountant

Jensen is currently completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne.

Sofia is a practice manager at Devlin & Co, accountants and business advisers in the Melbourne suburb of Malvern.

Sofia Pinzon -Undergraduate Accountant & Practice Manager

Sofia joined Devlin & Co in April 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is currently completing a Master of Accounting at Kaplan Business School.

Sofia has experience in taxation and business services, including the preparation of financial statements, Business Activity Statements (BAS), individual income tax returns, bookkeeping, and ASIC and ATO compliance. She also assists with company, trust, and self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) establishments, corporate secretarial services, and tax planning support.

Before joining Devlin & Co, Sofia worked in financial planning and professional services, developing strong client relationship management and project coordination skills. She is known for her organised, proactive approach and commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Outside of work, Sofia enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
